Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, AGScctv confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it. You will receive an email notification containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when we ships the item(s) to you.

If mentioned in the sales package the wall mount for your display or television will be in the box.

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on AGScctv. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay. Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on the order value or specific item(s).

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order till it reaches order shipped status. To cancel, please contact us with the order number. Shipping: For purchases less than Rs.1000 there is a charge of Rs.50 delivery charge and for over Rs.1000 there are no charges. Estimated shipping time is normally two days from the order being placed with us. Business days exclude Sundays and other public holidays. Ordering special items: The item may not be in stock but we can procure it for you after you place the order. The delivery time depends on the estimated procuring time and estimated delivery time.
